Typhoon Ferri News from January 2002music entertainment01/27/99 - TF at Bentley College Typhoon Ferri performed at Bentley College's 1917 Tavern thursday January 21, for their first show in New England. Aaron Ferri returned to the school that gave him a diploma wrapped in a fruit-rollup. Over 100 peple turned out for the eventwhich featured 12 original Typhoon Ferri songs, and a 45 minute blues/funk improv block featuringmembers of"The Royal Jive Contingent."Very few people were hurt, though one person complained that he was suffering fromTyphoon Ferri News from February 200102/06/01 - Typhoon Ferri at Marriot Marquis Typhoon Ferri performed for 850 guests of the annual Thurmon Munson Dinner which last year honored Yogi Berra, and this year honored Mets Manager Bobby Valentine and Yankees catcher Jore Posada. As Boston natives, the band found it painful to hear talk of New York sports, but were extremely proud to be part of an event that raised over a million dollars for children with down's syndrome.
