As far as I have seen, online music'>free online music sites have been popping up all over the place but most don't last very long. The free music offered online isn't actually free in many cases - its pirated. For this reason, I always recommend to my friends that they look for online music'>free online music right at the source. Go to the band website. In many cases, bands will make a majority of their songs available for free online at their website. The songs are used as a way of drawing attention to their album and it's a great way to spread the online music. When I went to paris last year to study in a foriegn exchange program, I realized that the kids there are doing exactly what we're doing. continued... there is no way of distinguishing your listeners in many cases because you can't see who is loading up the webpage, but you can see that the online music file was downloaded. people from all over the world have access to the same song that the local listener does. online music'>free online music is epidemic in that way. of all the sites that have come and gone, none left a lasting impression in the same way as napster. this opened up the eyes of the world to the quick access that can be had. online music'>free online music was only a click away, and it was any song desired. truly amazing. of course, napster had legal trouble and fell from grace, but the damage was done. people were online and hungry, like a cat that returns to its kill, the listeners have been searching for more and more online music'>free online music. my suggestion: get it right at the source. download it from the bands. i get great songs from typhoonferri.com among a few dozen other sites and they are totally legal downloads.
Typhoon Ferri News from March 1999free online music03/24/99 - TF at Bentley College On Wednesday March 24, Typhoon Ferri performed on Brandeis Radio: WBRS 100.1 The show was hosted by former Typhoon Ferri band member, Uncle Paper Teeth who was supported by Mama Hank (AKA the pantyliehunter). 15-20 people sat by their radios and got involved with the interview by phoning in. The band played 13 songs including "Infamous" which was played twice due to a phone request."Infamous" is included in Typhoon Ferri's demoTyphoon Ferri News from January 2004Cirillo World LTD has once again invited us to perform at the annual THURMAN MUNSON DINNER. As usual, the dinner will be held at the Marriot Marquis in Times Square, Manhattan on Tuesday February 3, 2004. Check www.ahrcnyc.org to see what this great cause represents. This years honorees include RGER CLEMENS, AMANI TOOMER, ANTHONY BECHT (go PATS), JOHN FRANCO, and JOHN STARKS. These atheletes will be receiving awards for their charitable contributions.
