Rock Bands have had a pretty good track record with charity over the years. I can remember going to a concert at great woods when it first opened, and the lineup included Neil Young and Bob Dylan. Rock bands do quality work for people in need. Everybody remembers Live Aid. Many of my peers think of this as a chance to make fun of pop stars singing "We Are The World" but it's important to remember that these rock stars raised millions of dollars for band charities.

Friday in Lowell, a sweet time...thanks to Harris (one of the most fun local bands I have seen in awhile) and the debut of Caller Unknown (Tulli look up). Thanks to Tina a Old Court and all who attended..way too many to list. ice to see some faces we haven't seen in awhile. Special thanks to Jami. Rhino Bar in Newport was kickin on Sat.. thanks to Lucky for spreading the TF love. We enjoyed being pelted with ice and limes, courtesy of Newport's finest tenders. Typhoon Ferri News from May 2003Saturday, May 31, 2003; Tyler and AJ are teaming up with ex Buffalo Super 7 guitarist Steve "Jimi" Cevoli to perform "Moby Dick," (Led Zeppelin--in honor of John Bonham's Birhtday) at Zach's Place, 10 Norwood Ave, Everett, MA. They will also jam on Zep inspired riffs. This will be Steve's first rock band ive performance in 6 years. Those of you remember BS7 will remember how AWESOME he is on guitar. Doors 8pm, 21plus $7 to get in. We will be giving away one copy of the new Led Zeppelin live CD (to be released this Tuesday). We'll hit the stage at 9:45pm SHARP.
