new music video
The new music video that we produced last august in new york was quite an experience. It was a low budget production company based in harlem and we showed up on a tuesday afternoon for some pre-shoot planning. Things weren't a mess from the start because we had received the paperwork in advance and we knew what the setting was for the video. The new video producers knew that we didn't want to do anything too common or re-use any old video cliches so we shot most of the footage in a unique location. you'll have to see the new

continued... title='free music video'>video to find out what i mean. anyways after the video shoot, we had breakfast at one of jim's favorite diners in manhattan. it was a good time. we ate for a couple hours (none of us had eaten before then) and we discussed what we thought of the music video and how things would be perceived when we finally released it. that's the end of this journal entry. hope you look forward to the new video like i do. -steve
Typhoon Ferri News from March 2005new music videoHey all... I feel like it is time for a few shout outs and show plugs. Typhoon Ferri will be real busy this Spring and Summer and we hope to see you along the way. We'll be performing at our favorite spots on the Cape; (Land Ho, Improper Bostonian, Mahoney's Atlantic, Beach Break), Newport (Newpor Blues Cafe April 27; Landing, and Christie's), as well as some new Venues; Harbor Watch Inn (Onset, MA), RiRa (Portland, ME), the Grog (Newburyport, MA) and more. Thanks to all the clubs that have recently supported us; Dean and Brian @ Conte's (CT), Bob S. for RiRa (RI), Dan and Seeking HomerTyphoon Ferri News from February 20032/4/03 in Times Square at the Marriott Marquis; The most successful dinner to date. We are thankful to the AHRC and John Cirillo and Cirillo World Ltd for giving us the opportunity to provide music for this AWESOME event. Guests included 3 members of the Sporanos, Bobby Valentine, Willis Reed, Chalie Steiner, and MC'd by Len Berman...so cool to hear when he says our name. Award recipients (for their charitable contributions) were Jason Kidd (absent due to flu), Mariano Rivera, Tiki Barber, Edgardo Alfonzo, Vernon Forrest (former Welterweight boxing Champ, Joe Mc Ewing, Richard Migliore and - new music video.
