Typhoon Ferri is a new artist on the scene circa 2000. We still refer to the band as new at this magazine because they are novel to many people who are just learning about their music. In our December review of the music hit'>new music hit album Detergency. OK maybe "hit album" is an overstatement, but we believe it is worthy of becoming a "hit album" down the road. But anyways, in that December review we mentioned that the band drummer was actually the subject of one of the songs, the T Montgomery overture. One of my personal favorites from this new artist.
