I give a lot of credit to an artist who has followed the path that Jack Johnson has followed because he has done his time as a supporting musician (with G Love and the special sauce among others). Typhoon Ferri News from February 2003Jack JohnsonMany of you may know that last night saw one of the most horrific tragedies take place so close to my home. Around 95 concert-goers are dead. Many more injured. The Station, in West Warwick, RI is a popular venue for live music. Many of my closest friends frequented the small club. Fortunately none of them were there last night but friends of friends were. It hurts. Our hearts to all those affected by this event. Our Sat show at the Rhino in Newport, RI will be dedicated to those involved. It is a small thing to do. But, the music must go on. I can only wish that bands lay off theTyphoon Ferri News from November 2002Tune in to 90.9FM WSCS Colby-Sawyer College Radio on Tuesday at 7:30pm for an interview and acoustic performance featuring Tyler and Mark. This will promote for Nov. 15th Colby Sawyer performance (full band). Also, many thanks to Josh and the AWESOME staff at Land Ho in Orleans, MA for showing us great time on Oct. 26. Thanks to Mad Dog for the dance lessons and the group of buzzed eighties ladies...We look forward to our next performance there. TF is still plugging away in the studio.
